Privacy and Confidentiality

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I follow strict privacy legislations. Any personal information that you share with me before, during, or after your treatment will remain confidential. No information will be shared with an outside party unless your written permission is given or the information is required by law.

Receipts

Receipts can only be given in the name of the person receiving the treatment. If you are purchasing a gift certificate or paying on behalf of someone else, this will be stated on the receipt.

Insurance

Most extended health plans cover massage therapy. However, policies differ. Please check your plan before your first appointment. You are also responsible for processing your own insurance claims.

Your Appointment Time

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, you will receive whatever time is left in your scheduled time slot but the full fee will be charged.

Cancellations

24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to your appointment time. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Payment Methods

Payment is required after each appointment. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, e-Transfer and Cash.
